Payment & Acceptance

Digital TV Promotions LLC accepts payments for its services and products through approved and authorized payment methods, including:

• Secure online payment links or electronic invoices
• Virtual terminal transactions processed by authorized payment processors
• Other approved electronic payment methods

Payment Authorization

Customers may authorize payments through one or more of the following methods, depending on the agreed service arrangement:

• In person
• Over the phone
• Via electronic invoice or payment link
• Through electronic or written communication

All payment authorizations are provided voluntarily by the customer.

Acceptance of Terms

Payments processed through invoicing systems or virtual terminals are authorized by the customer at the time of transaction. Upon successful payment:

• The transaction is deemed final and approved
• The customer confirms acceptance of the service or product description
• The customer agrees to the disclosed pricing
• The customer accepts all applicable terms and conditions communicated prior to payment

Payment confirmation constitutes full and binding acceptance of these terms.
