1. General Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not guaranteed but may be granted on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Digital TV Promotions LLC, depending on the nature, progress, and scope of the services provided.

2. Services & Work Progress

  • If services have not yet commenced, a partial or full refund may be considered.
  • If services have already begun, refunds may be issued for the unused portion of services, where applicable.
  • Completed work, delivered assets, and time already invested are non-refundable.

3. Setup, Onboarding & Strategy Fees

Initial setup, onboarding, and strategy-related fees may be partially refundable if work has not substantially commenced. Once these services are completed or in progress, related fees become non-refundable.

4. Advertising & Media Spend

Advertising budgets or media spend paid to third-party platforms (including television networks, digital platforms, or ad networks) are non-refundable and subject to the policies of those platforms.

Digital TV Promotions LLC does not guarantee refunds from third parties.

5. Refund Requests

All refund requests must:

  • Be submitted in writing
  • Include the reason for the request
  • Be made within a reasonable time after service initiation

Each request will be reviewed fairly and in good faith.

6. Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued using the original payment method
  • Processing times may vary based on the payment provider
  • Administrative or processing fees may be deducted where legally permitted

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Clients are encouraged to contact Digital TV Promotions LLC directly to resolve concerns before initiating a chargeback or dispute. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in service suspension or termination.

8. Policy Modifications

Digital TV Promotions LLC reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
